What you should know.
How do I book a vehicle?
Pick your vehicle on the Fleet page, choose your dates and delivery location, then pay the 30% deposit by Wave or bank card. You'll receive an email confirmation within minutes.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Beyond that, fees apply per our cancellation policy. The deposit is refunded in full when cancelling for free.
Which vehicles are available?
A fleet of 27 vehicles covering all uses: city cars, SUVs, 4×4s, pick-ups and a premium model. The fleet is expanding progressively.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Wave and bank card (Visa / Mastercard) for the online deposit. The security deposit is settled at pickup — by card pre-authorisation, Wave hold or cash, at the customer's choice.
Where will I pick up the vehicle?
Senoto operates a delivery model: we deliver your vehicle to your address, hotel or meeting point. Three delivery zones open: Dakar and suburbs, meet-and-greet with name sign at AIBD airport, and Petite-Côte accommodations (from Saly to Somone). More zones coming soon: Saint-Louis, Tambacounda, Ziguinchor.
